What if I do not have internet access?
We will talk you through a series of tests and try to resolve the problem over the phone, If we are unsuccessful we will send an engineer out to your home at our discounted rate.(No callout charge for Remote support members)

Should you require immediate response there is an additional charge of £20 ,this will get you an engineer connected to your machine within 10 minutes.
How often can I use the service?
