How does it work?
Once you have signed up you will recieve a visit from one of our engineers to perform a routine health check , he/she will give you a username and password so you can logon to the site (Top right) and place a booking for support as and when required.
Should your problem be internet related then you can call our central helpdesk to make a booking.
How often can I use the service?
You can use the service as many times as required to resolve all your computer equipment problems.
Does this service include hardware replacements?
No this service is for support only but we buy our replacement parts at the very best prices.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes this is no problem whatsever though you do recieve a 15% discount if you pay for the year upfront.
I have a family with many computers do we have to pay for every computer?
No we offer two Home packages ,Single P.C package and Family package which will support upto 4 computers.
