BroadBand companies shameful Support
Here at Wise PC callout we receive many calls from customers struggling to get there internet broadband working.
After spending many hours on premium rate helplines they are left with no resolution to there problems just with massive phone bills.
Some of these companies charge £1 per minute !! we have had customers who have spent over £150 pounds!! on the phone without any kind of resolution to their problems. Try this cable try that, switch off and on again, change the microfilter !! these are the scripts that these call center staff our going through.
We think its about time that broadband companies offered free phone numbers to there support desks, and stop using bloody scripts and low cost third world countries to host there call centers. Before you spend that other £50 waiting in a queue why not use our service where we will identify the problem quickly and liaise directly with the broadband supplier to cut through all the standard scripts.
